Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Untapped Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("DashMEOW," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the DashMEOW application (the "Service").

Effective date: [Effective Date — not yet published]

§1Acceptance of Terms

By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation to join one, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you're accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

If you don't agree to these Terms, don't use the Service.

§2The Service

DashMEOW is a command-center dashboard for people who manage multiple client sites and projects. Depending on what you connect, the Service can show you, in one place:

  • Uptime and SSL-certificate status for sites you register, checked on an automated schedule;
  • Deployment and domain status from your connected Vercel account;
  • Database health, connection counts, and authentication-provider breakdowns from a Supabase project you connect;
  • Revenue, balance, and subscription figures from a connected Stripe account;
  • Session and traffic data from a connected Google Analytics (GA4) property;
  • Custom count queries you configure against your own connected database;
  • A manually maintained record of the tools, subscriptions, and recurring costs associated with your projects.

The Service is provided on an evolving basis — features described here may be added, changed, or removed as described in §9.

§3Accounts & Workspaces

Using the Service requires a Workspace — an account representing you, your team, or your company. A Workspace is created either by signing up directly or by accepting an invitation from an existing Workspace's admin.

  • Every person with access to a Workspace holds a role: Admin, who can add and remove members, change roles, and create or edit any data in the Workspace; or Viewer, who can see Workspace data but not change it. The first person to create a Workspace is its initial Admin.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for all activity that happens under your account — including actions taken by anyone you invite.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you may not create a Workspace on behalf of someone who isn't old enough to do so themselves under applicable law.
  • A Workspace can be joined by exactly one route at a time: self-service sign-up (creating a new Workspace) or an admin-issued invitation link (joining an existing one). We don't currently support one login belonging to more than one Workspace.

§4Plans & Payment

Continued use of the Service beyond the free trial requires a paid subscription.

  • Free trial. New Workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start it.
  • Plans and limits. Current plans, prices, and limits (such as the number of users and projects) are shown on our pricing page and in your Workspace's Settings. Adding projects or users beyond your plan's limits requires upgrading.
  • Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, through our payment processor (Stripe), and renew automatically until cancelled. If you subscribe during your free trial, your first charge happens when the trial ends.
  • Cancelling. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
  • We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
  • Unpaid or ended subscriptions. If a payment fails, our payment processor will retry it for a period. If your trial ends without a plan, or your subscription ends or remains unpaid, your Workspace is locked: you won't be able to use the Service except to choose a plan, but your Customer Data is kept and becomes available again once you subscribe.

§5Your Credentials & Integrations

This section matters more for DashMEOW than for most software, because the Service's core purpose is connecting to other services on your behalf.

  • To enable a given integration, you may provide us with access tokens, API keys, or other Credentials for third-party services — including but not limited to Vercel, Stripe, Supabase, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • You represent that you're authorized to provide each Credential you enter, and that doing so doesn't violate the third-party service's own terms. You're responsible for the scope of access a Credential grants — we recommend using the most restricted token type a service offers (for example, a Stripe Restricted key rather than a full secret key) for exactly this reason.
  • We use your Credentials solely to retrieve and display status or analytics information back to you within the Service, on the schedule the relevant feature describes. We don't use them for any other purpose, and we don't share them with anyone except the third-party service they authenticate to.
  • You can remove a stored Credential at any time from the relevant project's settings. Removing it stops that integration from functioning until a new Credential is provided.
  • We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service a Credential connects to. If Vercel, Stripe, Supabase, Google, or another connected service is down, changes its API, or revokes a Credential's access, the corresponding feature may stop working through no fault of ours.
  • Custom Metrics queries run directly against a database you connect, using a Credential you provide. You're responsible for ensuring the account associated with that Credential has only the access you intend the Service to use (we recommend a read-only role).

§6Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to store or process Credentials you aren't authorized to hold;
  • Add a site to the Service that you don't own or aren't authorized to manage, or use the Service's checks to monitor or send traffic to a site without its owner's permission;
  • Attempt to access another Workspace's data, or probe, scan, or test the Service's security beyond what a reasonable good-faith security researcher would do without causing disruption;
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, or resell access to it without our written permission;
  • Interfere with the Service's normal operation, including its automated monitoring schedule, in a way that degrades it for other users;
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or upload content you don't have the right to use.

§7Your Data

You retain all rights to the information you put into the Service — project details, subscription and cost records, notes, uploaded logos, and the like (together, Customer Data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as needed to operate the Service for you. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train any model or share it for advertising.

§8Monitoring Is Informational, Not a Guarantee

Uptime, SSL, and health-check features report what our automated checks observed at the time they ran — typically every 15 minutes. They're a convenience, not a guarantee: a check can miss a brief outage between intervals, and network conditions on our end can occasionally produce a false reading. Don't treat the Service as your sole source of incident detection for anything business-critical, and don't rely on it as a substitute for your own monitoring or your hosting provider's own status reporting.

§9Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue a feature you rely on, we'll try to give reasonable notice where practical, but we don't guarantee any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

§10Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and DashMEOW branding, is owned by Untapped Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without permission.

§11Suspension & Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your Workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to a Workspace if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or if required by law, and we'll try to give notice where we reasonably can. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including §5, §12–§15) continue to apply.

§12Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimer is prohibited by law. We don't warrant that the Service, or any third-party data it displays, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

§13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untapped Technologies LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service won't exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you've paid us nothing.

Placeholder figures — set with counsel; some jurisdictions limit how far liability can be disclaimed for consumers.

§14Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

§15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

§16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice — such as an in-app notice or an email to the account holder — before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

§17General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
